• During their arrival in Amsterdam, fans throw themselves to a channel trying to get near ther Beatles.
• Evening: Concert in Amsterdam, on a live TV show.
  Recording for Dutch television (Vara TV), at the Cafe-Restaurant Treslong, Hillegom, Holland.
  Recorded live by AVRO radio, Hilversum. [4 June?]
  In both events, Jimmy Nicol on drums.
• Single UK release: 'Like Dreamers Do', with The Applejacks. Radio KFWB of Los Angeles releases the single 'KFWB Beatles'/'You Can't Do That', with interviwes to the Beatles.
• Billy J. Kramer with the Dakotas, Brian and Tony Barrow fly from London Airport to the US.

1966

• Interview for the Ed Sullivan Show.
• Broadcast on the Ed Sullivan Show of clips of 'Paperback Writer'/'Rain'.

1967

• NEMS Enterprises announces news about the film 'Yellow Submarine'.

1968

• Studio 3. 2.30pm-1.30am. Recording: 'Ringo's Tune (Untitled)' (working title of 'This Is Some Friendly', both working titles of 'Don't Pass Me By') (takes 1-3, tape reduction take 3 into takes 4, 5, overdub onto take 5, tape reduction take 5 into take 6). Producer: George Martin; Engineer: Geoff Emerick; 2nd Engineer: Phil McDonald.
  1st recording of a Ringo's composition. Recording of rythm track (piano, drums) and overdubs: piano, sleigh-bell, 2 basses, one lead vocal (wiped), for 'Don't Pass Me By'.
