- 1st issue of 'Disc And Music Echo'. A half-page advertisement run by NEMS Enterprises confirms that Brian has terminated/failed to renew management contracts of Michael Haslam and the Rustiks.
- 'Nowhere Man', 8th week in the Top 40 (Billboard).

- 'Maybe I'm Amazed' (live), 10th week in the Top 40 (Billboard).
